I didn't delve into it, but take a look at the provxml's in the newer SYS's Office Folders. They give descriptions and everything so I'm hoping it's not to difficult to edit to our purposes. From: SYS\#####\SHARED\COMMON\Office\ I just need the time to reflash a few times because, If I make enough changes, I'm pretty sure I won't get it perfect the first time, lol. I plan on putting the icons and a pre/post-xml into WinCE cab manager for this once I'm sure my xml's are solid.

that's exactly what i did with the swype. i did, however add the htc keyboard look to it. as for the zoom slider, it always worked (sorry i didn't say that). the problem was the rotating using the accelerometer when i rotated my phone. that part didn't work with the one i selected from the kitchen. |

I use one xml per lnk to move it (if needed). Why one per lnk? So if the app is removed during cooking, the other icons/xml will be processed. If i make one huge xml file and remove an app, the whole thing blows up. Then i have another xml that defines the favorite order and icon image locations. I just keep all the pngs for the lnks on my storage card and use the xml to point to that location. and then i get (screen shot attached).... I also included a zip w/ the xml to move audio booster and my xml that sets the icon paths. Hope I help someone... |

I will probably try it just because I am curious. But I will pick maxmanila over a delete menu. However, if there could be a delete key in the soft menu or on the side, that would be golden. |

True, it does the first time around. But now, if I add an app, I only need to go edit my StartMenu.xml (create one new entry) and create one small xml to move the lnk.
If I remove an app, nothing breaks and I leave as is. |

I don't agree...IMHO...I think Sprint is just "branding" the standard 2.1 manila. I would be very "pleasantly" suprised if Sprint's alleged WM6.5 update will have Manila 2.5 running on top. I don't think the "general public" will live with gimped full screen weather animations. Besides, its Sprint...why would THEY push the edge when they can just wait for their 4G network to grow and mature to the point they can claim first on widespread 4G??
