This is after I select automatic flash and press ok...

I cannot disable my firewall (work laptop w/corperate policies ](*,)) but added the unlocker to the allow list. Have rebooted my PC, the phone and ensured solid WMDC connectivity. Phone is freshly hard reset.

Suggestions?

Definitely had something to do with firewall or IPSEC... tried it on another PC and worked like a charm!

Dude this is gay, is this why it took so long for an unlocker to come out was so they could put this licenses thing in to to make some money?? lol if thats what they were doing why not tell us to our face instead of saying they were having trouble breaking the phone. why do you have to connect to the internet? lol this is crazy

cmonex,

i've been experiencing the random hard resets so I'm set to relock my phone and use the new unlocker. Has the sim unlocker for sprint been updated or should I just use the one that i've received in my mail from when it first came out?

Good luck, replies are few and far between. Has been since the 17th of December when cmonex said they were going to raise the one use limit and do away with much of the issues I've been ranting about. I've been on a rant about it for a few days since reading this thread beginning to end, never a notice. I would wait to hear from them unless you want to be back in a locked phone, you may not be able to unlock again without them resetting your usage or whatever.

dbord_n: Agreed, the most complex part of the crack is the part that breaks or simply doesn't work most often (true of any code). In this case it would be their wasted effort of including some crappy control freak leash trying to set their own rules on how the rules of the carriers should be broken (and tracking/logging personally identifiable information from each and every person at the same time). Attmepting to set rules on how rules should be broken makes about as much sense as cutting your hand off to spite a sore finger. Only way it makes any sense is with a hidden agenda of some sort... (statement, not accusation>>) Personally identifiable information in some cases is worth more than they could ever get outright selling this crack for any amount of money.

Someone needs to R.E. and repost this crack without the gimped wannabe-commercial (money making) aspirations... It's called being part of a community.

Good people will always donate. Losers never will, even if you try to force them. In trying to force them, you're going to be forcing the good folk that would otherwise donate freely as well, and that will piss them off due to the deception in being told free for personal use (which is clearly the case from reading this thread beginning to end).

Good folk don't want deceived. They don't wanna be told "free for personal use" and then find out their personally identifiable information is being logged by some phone crackers as a "protection method" of the crackers getting paid their so-called donations; and then find out that the so-called protection method of the crackers choice screws over the crack where it some folk can't even run it their one "free for personal use" time without sending a so-called donation and hoping to get some sorta reply outta these guys in some sorta time frame of any form of convenience for us.... Whole process stinks like s*** from beginning to end.

Thanks for the effort and congrats on being the first, now lets get a real unlock crack.

Do you have any friends or a library or coffee shop with wifi access that you can use?

Exactly! Again, we're thankful for their work, but to call this method a donation is kind of ridiculous. I’m glad Mighty doesn’t allow us to install his rom ONCE and then makes us submit support tickets for additional installs. Then if we do get a second device unlocked to install his rom, he then tells us that we NEED to donate for additional installs. It’s people like that I’m TRULY thankful for b/c they are not FORCING us to contact them after the first install.
