have a touch pro 2 now, hadnt updated my profile, but I completely turned off my antivirus before even trying to run the program. Then went the exception route and still get the same error. The relocker works fine...unlocker say NO GO

you're gonna have to donate again...this is why they have it set up this way..to keep people paying. you can try to submit a ticket, but they only answer a select few.

hey doc...he can't even get the unlocker to run, so donating would be pointless right now. ha

i would double check to make sure you have added the exact file name RhodiumW-HardSPL_V1_10R3.exe to the exception list in your antivirus program.

the anti-virus that is on your computer. If you are using avg you have to make avg allow the hardspl.exe because it thinks it is a virus. Check the thread, there is instruction on how to allow

I have done everything I can think of. Have also tried on two other laptops. Just cannot get the dang program to run.. Ideas?

Do you have an established connection with active sync or windows mobile device center?

(just checking all the bases)

Also check to see if your USB connection to the phone is solid. My original TP2 had a very loose connection and I have a gel case that got in the way, causing issues with Active Sync, Unlocker, etc.

Just in case any of you are interested, here's the source code and files for the SIM unlocker, which includes the HSPL:

http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?1jzizmz4lz2

It was originally compressed with mpress, so I extracted that and de-compressed it. Then it was run through Reflector to generate the C# source code. In order to re-compile it, you will need to clean up the InitializeComponent in form1.cs under AthenaUnlocker, just delete what VS2008 gives errors for.

but how did you kill it.....with avg make sure you go into resident shield and disable it there...resident shield settings...un-check resident shield active...and save changes...
