I can understand you guys dig the product that the elite team have come up with. No need to get your flaming on, I'm frustrated as hell with the process.

And I don't think its a small percentage of people who had this problem.

the unlocker is completely free for personal use, so...if you were asked to donate, then i don't think you are telling us the entire story.

i've donated 3 times for 2 phones. Again, the process works for one phone. But in a place like my office where there are 4-5 touch pro 2's (even personal phones as you call them) and you download the hard spl once, the ip i guess gets flagged. I know you can contact support or email them with IMEI number, but that never worked for me, so i went ahead and donated each time. It's ok. I have more personal phones that i'm helping me unlock, and they just know you have to donate each time.

I went to unlock and got the message that this was not my first phone. I then tried the manual mode, but the exe file wouldn't run on my phone, it just froze the phone when i clicked it so i just went ahead and donated instead of going around in circles. I was frustrated at first, but then I thought to myself, this is a luxury not something we are owed so why should it be free? It take about 20 minutes to unlock and flash a ROM while it takes the chefs and mods hours and hours to get these things done so at the end of they day it's a small price to pay for us to enjoy their work.

i unlocked my phone the other day and tried to unlock my wifes last nite but said i had already unlocked one, this would be considered personal use because im not a corporation right? and doesn't she deserve her own license? i sent htc-unlocks a ticket for a request for a 2nd license but they havent replied since yesterday, is this what i have to do if i dont have the money in my paypal to donate yet?

in the same boat as some people. never had a tp2 before, just got one today from sprint as a replacement for my tp.

downloaded and tried to use hardSPL - said i had already activated a phone before. o.O

i e-mailed them, hopefully they will fix it without having to donate!

thats what they say to do, but ive been through that and its just way easier to donate.

Now, if possible. Try to unlock your wife's phone from a different PC and internet connection. If my findings are correct, your wife's phone has now been flagged and will not be able to be unlocked without paying or waiting.

So I put the phone in bootloader, The screen goes to 0-100% bar. Then gets stuck at 0% anyone go through this?

My gf tried unlocking her tp2 at her house and she couldn’t do it cuz it kept telling her that she already unlocked one device. Even though I unlocked mine on my pc. So I sent them an eticket telling them that we were trying to unlock her phone for the first time that I already unlocked mine but on my pc and they told me since I already unlocked one device I had to donate. I think that’s BS since is my gf who was trying to unlock it and I thought this would be private used anyways. But whatever I’m just gonna wait till I have money on my PayPal to pay.....

Hi im new to this site.but im not new with smartphones i've been using it for a while now.i got a new tp2 from sprint
but it says i already unlocked it before which i haven't.Im not going to ask how to get it for FREE.all i would like to know is
Where do i donate to get it unlocked? and how long would it take?
and what if,after i donate,it says i already unlocked it again will i lose my money? and have to pay again??
Please anyone help?
