plug in your phone, make sure activesync is synced and running (or wmdc if vista/7), run the unlocker from the first page, do automatic...when it says uve already unlocked a phone and would u like to donate to unlock another click yes, this will take u to the elite teams donate page with a unique id however they track you or your phone, donate about $6 or more and i hear this is the quickest way to get it to unlock as it's an automated process, should be flashing away after 5 min from donation that way

stiil cant get this unlocker to work... phone dissconects from pc every time. and ive tried the trouble shooting for usb problems. any one that has had this problem and found a solution i could really use some help, ive tried everything! thanks

NOTE 3 should take care of the problem you're having. Did you try that?

yeah i did but once i run it on my phone and the screen goes black, it just dissconnects from my pc and then running it on my pc is pointless cuz it cant detect the phone

it's suppose to disconnect from activesync. do you mean the ruu times out and gives you a connection error?

This is my first time attempting this and i realize it might seem like a dumb question but when i try and dowload and run the hardspl and extract the files, my computer tells me that windows has blocked access to these files to help protect my computer. I then unblock the files just like it says and i still cant access anything. What am i doing wrong? Plz help!!!!!!!!!!

yeah thats what happens i get the 260 error, sorry ive just never gone through an unlocking process so im not too sure with all the terminology

I ran into the same issue. It was my antivirus. SYmantec auto-protect- Disable that to extract and run the file.

I'm having some trouble using the Hard-SPL unlocker on my Sprint Touch Pro 2.

I get the "already unlocked another device" error, even though this is my first TP2. This happens on two different PCs, one XP and the other Win7 x64. The phone has a successful ActiveSync connection, and the radio is on, but the phone remains on the home screen when the application is run. I have also tried soft resetting the phone.

Any idea why this is failing?
