[6/26 energyrom]ALL is WONDERFUL on this rom except for one thing..

when you waite for a sms..
it comes & rings but the sense ui does not load it until you go home & return back to sms tab..

i dont mean to knit pick but its sort of annoying being its the first it has ever happen before?

is the issue fixable & does anyone know if the problem was fixed on the 6/27 update?

You know.. somethng interesting i found.. When i opened TBattery in the lastest Titanium build it doesn't show that my phone is charging with USB, or with the wall charger.. i've reflashed with another rom and my tp2 charges fine with both USB/wall charger.. Any ideas on a fix for this or am i shooting for a lost cause?

::EDIT:: nvm, it charges.. TBattery wasn't reflecting the correct readings

Be careful with everything you back up under that reg tree specifically the Manila one. It has gotten a lot of people, including myself, incompatible manila files and settings that would make your newly fresh flashed rom feel like a dog or weird configurations.

It's always better to run task 29 before each flash. No matter how minor of an update, it's still best to do that. And the settings won't retain unless you have settings back up in either sashimi or XDA UC

Well its the exact same stuff as the Quicklinks backup that the Setting Exporter used to make (and I still wish it did). It only goes out of order if you use less pages than the default 3 for CHT.

it is a known problem with the new 2016 manila, there is currently no fix. the workaround is to not stay on the messages tab.

MMS Fix

1. First, you must Disable Manila Messaging.
2. Then, just install the correct MMS fix:
   • Verizon - Install THIS CAB
   • Sprint - Install THIS CAB

Kinda new to the NRG roms(love them so far) notice that I still need to do the key mapping fix, but have gotten a little lost as far as the VZW MMS fix.

Should go to the *better solution link and use those files?....
Also what is the Hot Fix that you can download named "NRGZ28 HTC Messaging Client (All Sense 2.5 ROMs)"
I don't often send or receive picture mail to have really test much.

Why not use the CHT Editor ability to backup its entire configuration?
Go into the CHT Editor, hit menu, export settings, choose a location on your SD card, name it, save it, and restore it the same way after a flash/hard reset.

I just updated my rom to 21907.. after updating.. I keep getting massive network cell broadcast messages. How to get them to stop. Please help cause my phone battery is dying in one day..

NRG, I'm loving the roms, as always. Just one request. Why don't you use the city id feature on the dialer anymore? For those of us that use the phone for business, it's a very handy application. Thank you.
