By editing this registry key:
HKCU\ControlPanel\Sounds\RingTone0\Script=

script values:
a = activate device
cN = set volume to N in percentage max volume
fN = flash notification LED for N seconds
p = play ringtone. Note that this will play the ringtone all the way through before continuing
with the next code.
r = repeat. Note that this should be the last code in your Script string, if used at all.
vN = vibrate for N seconds
wN = wait for N seconds. Note that the device will wait this long before continuing with the
next code.

Examples:
Script = “apw3r”
‘activate device, play ringtone, wait 3 seconds, repeat’

Script = "ac33pc67pc100p”
‘active device, set volume to 33%, play ringtone, set volume to 67%, play ringtone, set volume to 100%, play ringtone

Yes, my button is exactly like your screen shot. I don't know how to remove it. Actually, I don't want it removed (cause I use it), I wish it just looked like a whole button.

I am using the 5/22 GTX 6.5.X rom and the taskbar icon for signal strength is not skinned (gray bg w/ white print) like the rest. Is this normal or is there a way to fix it etc?

Verizon MMS & SMS work fine for me & all I did was the VZ carrier provisioning.

That got everything working, then I manually did the 5 meg image size send/receive reg edit.

2 issues I have had in the recent past

This is not criticism. only 2 data points from my experience.

ON most ROMs if you tap the lower left hand corner of the keyboard button it will close the keyboard. LOWER LEFT HAND CORNER.

Ok be easy on me im a noob to this. ive used Microsoft My Phone and Pimbackup and neither one seem to backup my txt with multi media in them. Is that the MMS? thats what i really need to backup. thanx again for all the responces..

EDIT: I found this post that had an Arcsoft cab in it for USCellular. I extracted the cab and looked through it and found the reg edits for USCellular

Because Arcsoft is already installed, I wouldn't just install that cab in the post. I would do a fresh flash and make these 2 reg edits and test it. Hope it works... Let us know.
