Happy to report that on the 23549 Cookie build, battery discharge is at something like 30% of it was with an activesync connection on the 17th build of 23547.

The rom is smooth, fast, and pretty good on power.

I am in love with my phone again!

Anyone have copies of all the sounds from previous Energy ROMs? I used to use a particular sound for texts... I think it was called "alerts - oldschool" or something like that. If anyone happens to have it, can you please send my way?

EDIT: I found it... under the Windows root directory.

Nope. Never do.

Important thing to note is that I do not use VZW voicemail as I have missed calls forwarded to my corp phone systems so I get my voicemail in my email. Not sure if this changes anything, but it is a relatively uncommon setup.

got this message the very first time i booted into the new rom "sim card detected. your device will now switch to Global mode."

Im a sprint user...do i need to change something? also should i run provision?

Newest MaxManilla is working pretty good so far.. Even the wallpaper.. For everyone with Sprint, try running the Mr. X Sprint cab that I have attached here instead of the included provisioning.. I used this and restarted.. I still have data and I can send and receive MMS/picture mail fine.. To send MMS, I just sent a new picture mail instead of MMS. It gives both options but on my phone when I chose MMS, it could not find pictures I had on my phone, but picture mail found them just fine..

No you do not need to change anything. It is just detecting the international SIM card that is inserted in the phone..

You can change it back to CDMA only.

There is a theory that this will save power when in bad coverage areas as your phone will not attempt to find a GSM network.

Start --> Setting --> Personal --> Phone --> Network Tab

Select CDMA only.

I only do the uscc carrier prov then the weather stops working.

Any ideas?
