yea i know....but im not real advance in changing radios in etc and dont want to take a chance in changing to 2.23 and something happen to my phone....just thought it could be cooked in

Flash the official release and then one of these. The radio will hold on / carry over from the official release.

Edit: Hey, then you could say you did the flash dance once too!

10 hrs on cable???? I'll DL it from the device in 20 minutes, always have. It never takes longer than 30 max. If it's takin that long for you.......... fire up pocket IE or Opera and give er a go......while you are waiting anyways.

EDIT: oh the stock ROM......dunno VZW Official DL to device in about 40 minutes though.......
