Here is the Reg dump of HKLM\HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\KEYBD from a VZW TP2 with WinMo 6.5 Stock ROM.

Im enjoying all the activity im seeing in here! Very nice indeed. Ive suspected that Clueless was a she but I wasnt sure why I thought that lol. Maybe I saw it somewhere before. Anyway Id really like to see the 80% free memory proof. I have to agree with the idea that its 80mb free because I think the standard stuff thats built in uses almost 70% or so.

Someone asked me a few pages back what version of the rom im using... Im using the standard 2/16 build. No Max or Cookie. No battery drain issues, extremely stable (even more so than previous builds), fast and the only memory drain is what has been standard for us with all the 6.5.5 builds. If someone is having problems, before switching from NRG roms, Id suggest flashing the standard build, do not do sashimi or UC, instead install cabs one by one to make sure youre not installing something thats already there, installing something that breaks something already on the rom, or installing something that just plain doesnt work. Theres really no reason that I would be having success with the rom and everyone else cant.

I've had battery drain with the Cookie and Max... that will be the next one I try.. lol. thankx. Hope it's the same result.

Update from NRG.. Something to help with the onscreen keyboard lag..

SVI did a great job at speeding up the onscreen keyboard for our WVGA devices. Try cab from this link http://digs.by/1S5x and post opinions!

This might be a stupid question, but I am sure we are all used to those. I d/l this lag fix. Now how do I use the landscape key board with text messaging without have the keyboard open. Rotating the phone does nothing, added SMS to g-config does nothing. Any suggestions? Thx

Dont think you can. There would be no reason to use sms in landscape without using the hardware keyboard.
