This has been asked already once here and the person did not get an answer is there a fix for the signal icon cause mine is just a white box with a x in it? Iv had this same issue with a couple other roms and cause of this i switch out roms.

Have you installed anything that might interfere with the top bar or icons? What version of the rom are you running?

change wap2recvdefaultsize to 512000.

thought we had to change all values to 512000? or is it just the wap2recvdefaultsize" ??

If this is something thats been following you around from rom to rom its something thats on your phone. If you do sashimi or user customization then youre probably installing something thats screwing up your taskbar. Try pulling out your sd card when flashing or hard reseting and seeing if everythings working properly.

Do you have a SIM card installed? Sounds like the "no SIM in phone" icon. If you have any kind of SIM card (active or non-active) take the phone battery out and you will see the install slot underneath. If you bought the phone new, you should have a SIM card somewhere in the package.

Yeah thats the only one thats effected as far as I can tell. Works for me. I sent myself and received a 750kb pic just fine

well like i said iv had this with other roms this is not the first. I have no sim card installed and in the mean time i guess il clear storage and remove my sd card.
