In case anyone is wondering, I just installed the Feb 16th 23529 MaxManila ROM and the scroll bar issue in the dialer is not present. NRGZ28 must have fixed that prior to uploading the new ROMs.

I'm new to MaxManilla...is it normal to have the signal indicator have a red x? Regardless if signal strength, there is a red x.
Also, I occassionally have the signal drop and recover. I'm not sure why it drops and recovers but the problem is that it wakes up the phone when this happens. If I can stop the phone from waking up when this happens, it won't be that bad. I don't have a screen lock so when it wakes my phone, random things can be pressed while in my pocket.

I have the Sprint version and I tried different radios and it hasn't helped the disconnects.

Bullshyt.. if you apply ALL the settings it freakin works, why do you thihnk i kept reposting! Numskull gave it a whirl & it worked for him too!


EDIT::::: if you pay attention like locomariachi did, and he looked at his settings and applied what worked.. My fix, I used for both! GSM for verizon... you need the other.. sms you the the other half.. the only thing he did because NRGZ likes it thru the htc interface IE slider screen easy access Just as I do without going thru hops to get to your pic or msg is he customized its setup. thats all he did!...

LOL take a breath and look at the steps he took. Those are settings for arcsoft not HTC. Theres no mention of wap settings or IP address. Even the regedit is editing the arcsoft registries. Like I said, hes going through arcsoft not HTC messaging. Im not sure if youre sending through HTC or if youre sending through arcsoft like the rest of us but he is definitely sending through arcsoft as us sprint users are all doing. Those are the exact same steps I take to setup my mms.

Havent seen any major issues reported yet. There was an issue with the slider on the phonescreen but a fix has been posted. Looks like a really great rom.

My apology for this. i found the issue. It WASN'T ENERGY ROM issue. it is the tupid TOMTOM kill my Bluetooth. I need to go to the dentist to implant the REDTOOTH to see the damn TOMTOM like it or not.

Theres been aloooooot of issues with TomTom. I use sprint nav personally.
