ok, the new rom released on dec4th is giving some weird problems. the taskbar with xperia task manager isn't dropping down correctly when you hit the button on the top right. it will drop down the menu and all of a sudden close and launch HTC Notifications page... then after a few times, it would crash and you would no longer be able to open or launch anything ont he taskbar unless u reset your phone

I have the same task bar problem plus...

anytime I touch anything on the home screen it goes blank and just says "Launching HTC Sense".

Then a few seconds later it goes back to the home screen.

I can tap on my installed programs on the home screen and they work.

However, anything on the bottom, ie...contacts, email, internet, etc and I get the same "Launching..." and back to the home screen.

I've soft reset twice.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Ok For those that have followed this weird issue of time zone... Still can't set even after gps which I HATE using gps. It keeps resetting time back to gmt 8. Still unable to change time zone.

Now the calender also showing wrong date.. WTH! On previous 28008 was only the timezone that was the problem, calender showed the right date now its effecting the calender. (grumbling like a big dog) Technically they should sync.

UPDATE: Thanks btstarcher. Time issue fixed!

No problems with clicking anywhere on my screens. Seems the Sprint people having this issue?

Going to install the New Weather database - will report back.

UPDATE: Weather Data base works! You need to install the edit database file. 1st time it loads will be slow as posted few pages back. But Works!


Will check back this weekend on prior mail issue although I bet it's been fixed.

Still a very fast Rom. Worth the download!
