try downloading again. are you tethering when downloading from ur computer?

i haven't had a problem using winrar to extract downloaded nrg ROMs. Using firefox btw.

I've downloaded multiple times from desktop and phone always the same error the only rom I haven't had an issue with is his first release all others I get the error message for the .nbh file. I'm using my home internet (time warner) for my desktop.

could you please explain how you got this to work for messaging? i see calculator is already an entry and it won't even rotate. same with opera.

G-Config doesn't work for me at all, hence why I suggested gyrator

The most common problem I've seen with people having issues extracted archives is using outdated versions of winrar/winzip/7zip. Try installing the latest versions. Hopefully that'll help.

I am using the 21864 ROM and really like it. My only issue right now is that when I go into landscape mode, I just get the top/bottom bars and a black screen. I am not able to do anything else. Is there something else that I need to install or configure to get the landscape mode to work correctly? Thank you in advance!

Man 2.5 has broken landscape on multiple screens (ie txt messaging) It just wasn't designed for the usage yet. Theres nothing you can do for the time being until someone at HTC fixes it or a really savvy programmer makes a cab for it. For the time being if you want full landscape functionality you're going to have to use NRG's Photon Rom which is another thread. His 23504 Proton build works perfectly. I can't go back though because I love the 2.5 homescreen.
