Is anyone else using UC on this ROM? This is the first time I've used it and it seems to... umm... freeze or just take forever, I haven't figured out which one yet...

if yer using UC to apply the mms fix 2.5..... keep in mind thats about a 5 min install just on its own.

use a good backup program like Sprite, ya backup that rom, flash his new rom, and then restore the backup and itll put it all back the way it was in 5 min... im assuming theres not too much updated so itll work out great......... so all ya gotta do is flash and click 1 button and itll put it all back for ya
