you might try installing psShutXP (or XDA shutdown) & see if that works for you.

quick question about your roms in the 6.5.3 rom is that manila 2.5 cause the pics dont look the same as the 6.5 manila 2.5 im not talking about the taskbar im talking about the 3 icons under calender

I know that having Dusk cooked into the ROM saves about 20MB of space, but I extracted all the manila files off my phone and discovered that the Dusk files are the only ones that are not CFC compressed! How much more space could we have on our phones if they were compressed?

Is this confirmed? It's such an annoying thing and now that I've used Swype, I can't live without...
