Is there a fix for Messaging from freezing without going to r10. I have r9. Thanks.

I've been running R10 for the past 24 hours without any issues. One little thing though, I don't see an option to set the Sounds and Notifications for Voice Mail and Missed Calls. Am I just missing it or are they not included in this ROM?

Darn so sad, Today I had to go back to R8, had same issues a few posted here.
1) Youtube = no sound
2) Set to ring & Vibrate = Vibrate non stop.
3) Set to ring = Silent
4) Opera = Often wont respond
5) SOD = 1 or 2 times a day.
So sorry Juicy Love your roms and speed on R10_1 really bought my heart. I hope, No let me rephrase I KNOW (much better) in me heart you the best and R8 is as perfect as you can get till 2.5 2012 can be implemented. Keep the good work boss... /kneel.
P.S. I will flash back once these few "Problems" are ironed out.

ok i kinda found a fix for this i think , ok i put a the new file in myringtone folder and renamed the file (anything you want for your file name) now space and Default. this worked for me, let me know if it works for you guys also my file format is wma

Three small issues to report:

Once the text message is sent, there is no way to exit the screen. The left soft key remains at Send, shouldnt it turn to Exit or something else for the user to get out of that page.


Second: There is no programs tab on the lower bar. Any cab to add it would be great.

Third: The dialer seems to have the turn-off headset missing. It seems it appeared once but then I could not find it the next time.

BAck in the R8 build has anyone been able to get the miss align volume issue resolve.
Such as the volume in Manila (Sense UI) does not function but if you adjust it again it will go to silent. Also the CleanRAM program does not function correctly after it cleans the phone will semi-lock up.

Alas...the same for me......wish it was more stable, especially the ringtones...comeon R11

Having issues finding active sync for exchange server email. Is there an alternate way of setting this up without the actual active sync program? Thanks

Well it looks like MY ringer/sound problems were due to MaxManilla (2.5-3 beta)...Once I removed it, I have my sound back...I really like MM, but not enough to loose my ringers! Hopefully this remains the case and stays fixed...cause they worked at first with MM...oh well, keep ya all posted if they quit again
