If I do a backup from this rom.. then flash to Juicy Rom R2 (upon release) can I restore only the programs, settings, PIM data etc? It usually flashes a warning screen when restoring about the ROM not being the same and that I should select the "upgrade" function. Anyone know if this will be safe once flashing to R2?

As well anyone figure out how to recover text messages to this rom yet? PIM backup, SPB backup and Microsoft My Phone all failed at restoring text messages.
Time to move away from SPB Backup, Juicy has gone XDA_UC! Following his instructions on the first post. Every time you flash it will automatically reinstall all you programs and tweaks.

You cannot restore messages using the new TF3D messaging app. I archive them all to MyPhone and started anew..

Re: [ROM] Juicy Rhodium_W R1 [SENSE UI][XDA_UC]

I hope Juicy hasn't been on here all day because he was busy in the kitchen.....

I flashed this Rom on my friends TP2 because I wanted to check it out....I have been running the Energy Rom on mine.

I noticed people saying that their device had the auto lock thing going on but on his, the device did not lock.?

I love the auto-lock feature! I am sure others don't like it. I keep my TP2 in my side pocket of my shorts all day. Without the auto-lock feature, I am constantly calling people...

Ugh, but that just sounds like so much work SPB was so easy with the auto-back up etc. Guess I have some reading to do.

I love it too however it doesn't seem to work entirely properly. Not sure if it's the same for everyone but I notice when I hit the top button (to wake it up from sleeping) the homescreen appears first. Then confused, I begin to navigate to a tab. It freezes for about 5-10 sec. then the lock screen appears lol. Then I unlock it and it goes back to the screen I left at.

Hmmm...

Really loving this rom and I'd like to could keep it installed but it just seems too buggy to really use on a day to day basis.. The manila lag, texting lag and screen lock issues are pushing my patience lol.

If mine isn't locked, it will show the Home screen for about 1 second then go into lock mode. I can live with that but I can see where you are coming from. I haven't had any problems with it but I haven't added much on top of the ROM. That might be why...

Yeah i second that
it seems to work at times, so used the disable auto lock cab and installed Pocketshield, guess i could have just removed it from the startup folder.
anyways the RAM leaks got too much for me, will jsut wait for the next release

I've disabled the auto-lock because of that and switched to S2U2. I would have anyways to be honest as I love S2U2. A_C (the S2U2 dev) was able to resolve the issue with the home screen showing for a moment, I'm kind of shocked MS didn't. I would recommend making that switch too, you lose no functionality, gain a ton, and it looks better IMHO.
