Iv actually been pretty darn impressed with the VZW stock ROM so far.
Seems like one of the best "out of the box" ROMs Iv seen for the TP2.

But on the other hand Im right there with ya buddy... Im getting a little bored with the device itself.
im still not sure where Im gonna go from here, WP7 or Android, I figure Ill let the device decide for me.

I did check out the kin phones the other day and I really hope that they're not the prelude to WP7.
Cause if it is then Im prolly gonna go with android

The Kin is just Fugly! I don't think this will be how WP7 will be, or at least we hope they don't. it will be a definite fail.

Task 29 - Re-format your Nand Flash:
A Special thanks to Agent_47 over at XDA and also here on PPCG for doing this edit. To read his post here on PPCG, click here. And his XDA thread, click here. What I did was create an install similar to what Mike does, download one file, and run it. Instead of forcing you to flash a radio, I put in a blank splash image.

Re-Arrange Start Menu:
Update 2: Fixed the bluetooth icon, thanks tjElite. Just re-download either file.

Update 1:Updated the cab with new icons by gadget1 for FDC TaskMan and Regedit, and fixed the G-Sensor icon reg settings, thanks MordyT and tjElite. There is also an update cab for those who already have it installed.

Since Mike has opted for the default Start Menu layout, and not the layout I've come to love, I've come up with a cab to re-arrange the start menu to somewhat close to what it used to be.

As of right now, here is the only limitation:
It cannot be uninstalled.

This also installs all the original MightyROM icons and folders we have all become accustom to.

Drawbacks? Yeah there is one, not all icons are exactly where they used to be, they are in the correct sub-menu, but may not be in the exact same place. This only holds true for a few icons.

I'll be posting a link here later for the download, so check back for it. It will arrive prior to the actual MR release, but as for how long before, at least enough for you to download it prior to Mike posting his final. That could be anywhere from 1 minute to 12 hours or more, sorry guys, not giving away when it'll drop.

One last request, please only refer people to this post or the direct link, as it will be hosted on my site. Mike and I prefer doing things this way so we can track our downloads easier.

This question may sound a little stupid, but do I need to download both "Manila CFC Compressed 052410 and Manila Files CFC Compressed 052410 cabs to speed up Mike's 052410 ROM or just one of them? I installed both and I believe that my cell began to operate somewhat slower.

someone correct me if I'm wrong, but as I understand, If you install the CFC cab it only adds to the windows directory making it bigger and thus making the device slower

Unless CFC's are cooked in, the device will lag.

If you want to use the CFC files, then you need the first file to patch Manila, then you need the actual CFC'ed graphic files (second file).

As for actually speeding it up, I've tried it I didn't notice any difference either way.

HELLO EVERY1!!! Just wanted to stop back in and see how things in the MIGHTY WORLD are going...as for me im loving my EVO its such an AMAZING device..it has it few flaws..MAYBE BECAUSE IM SO PICKY NOW AFTER USING MIGHTY ROMs...but it is a completely diff experience...

I see the MOUSE is going DROID...MIGHTY your work is unbelievable...i really miss flashing my TP2...as i am typing this i have caved in and am ROOTing my EVO...

I MISS THIS THREAD, MY SECOND HOME!!!
