I used impact with 2.5 before, and I agree. The battery life isn't what it used to be.

Re: ║MightyROM.com║ ║Windows Phone®║ ║Sense UI 2.5║

while tethering either via cable or wifirouter and a text message comes in, most of the times data speed stays at 1x after receiving the text instead of going back to Ev. the only solution, is to disconnect, wait for data speed to revert back to Ev before going back to internet sharing or wifirouter. any solution to this problem?

Re: ║MightyROM.com║ ║Windows Phone®║ ║Sense UI 2.5║

For the peeps talking about the battery life...for me comparing the final 2.1 MightyROM to the latest and greatest 2.5 MightyROM...I see little change in battery consumption...but you also have to realize...1) you have more tabs that use data, so your likely updating more than with 2.1 and weather/email...2) 2.5 is a little bigger of a workhorse than 2.1 so obviously its gonna put a little more drain on the old battery...

but think about this....

Take your laptop off your power supply and use the battery...guarantee its going to be maybe 4-5 hrs of average to heavy data and the battery is going to be low...same results as our phone...(i dunno kinda tired right now)

So what I am saying is yeah it drains a little quicker but your getting more bang for your battery charge...(sorry little cheesy)...I guess to me a phone even lasting 8-9 hrs is pretty decent considering the digital talk time on most phones is about 5 hrs and that doesn't include data...

Long post really short....

I love this ROM.....

------------------

Can anyone solve the problem of my AP Mobile app? Its killing me without my wacky news section...when I install it says it can't locate a database...anyone....please...I am begging you...(I need to go to bed...)

Re: ║MightyROM.com║ ║Windows Phone®║ ║Sense UI 2.5║

All this has happened in the last 48 hours..

I've had to hard reset 2x.. atm I'm doing a fresh install of another download copy. First time it happened I left my phone to charge after setting all my emails, contacts, ringers, programs (ect) and when I awoke the phone had somehow half reset. It was weird because my programs I installed were gone (I installed them directly to the device not on the card), but my contacts were still there.
I had a gmail and windows live and only the windows live was affected and deleted. Basically I knew something was wrong, 1/2 my stuff was gone so I went ahead and hard reset it maybe to fix any corruption.

The next time my phone started to act sluggish (I was texting, browsing the web, listening to music) and I so soft reset it and the bastard would not come out of the orange loading screen.. soft reset it again and it loaded normally. The issue this time was that my programs shortcuts on the sense home screen showed the default windows flag icon like the program was missing. I tried pressing start but all it did was freeze for a second and not even pull anything up. I was basically only able to use sense and thats all! Luckily theres the clear storage option in the settings tap on sense :P

Idk if I downloaded a corrupted copy of the ROM or if this is actually a bug or its just my phone acting up. It never did this while running 2.1

I'll try downloading the ROM again and do a fresh install. Just throwing my experience out there, maybe I'm not alone.

Re: ║MightyROM.com║ ║Windows Phone®║ ║Sense UI 2.5║

Anyone know where I can find this taskbar?

I am posting this in Mike's forum since I got the pic from Ziggy and I am assuming that the taskbar works with his new ROM.

I believe that is the Purian task bar (looks like what I have on my phone). Here is the cab file for that.
