Palringo is a server-based instant messaging client for various platforms. It supports various protocols such as AIM, Yahoo! Messenger, Windows Live Messenger, XMPP/Jabber, Google Talk, Gadu-Gadu, ICQ, MobileMe/iChat and Facebook IM

Is good, but don't think it supports Skype

It doesn't support Skype but it is awesome for everything else.

And that works for you? I'm used to doing it that way with this rom, but on my vz tp2 with BigMaxSense, when I use the hardware keyboard, I can't see the letters that I type on screen and it just asks if it should be saved to the directory.

usually i only have the problem where ill have to type a few letters and delete them and retype them and wait a few secs before they show up. only quirk i have with it. and its weird. randomly happens by rom, but i can flash the same rom twice and one works and one doesnt. weird. i always task 29.

This is like the night before Christmas that lasts forever! I can't wait to try the new ROM.

I am stumped about the XDA_UC, was trying to read over some of the tutorials but I'm not sure what to do. I wish there was an easy way to export my current settings without having to build the xml files by hand.

Looking forward to flashing the updates, I check this thread about 4 times a day for changes.
