on any rom, you never get a true indication of how the battery is until you charg/dischard 2-3 times...the phone really does have to calibrate the battery monitor....give it a chance...and remember what you are asking this phone to do....I get 3 hours out of my laptop, I'm glad I can go most the day with my phone.

ya but im not really that heavy on the phone call making or going on the internet tho to be honest, its really like every hour it goes down 10% lol by the time i get home from work its like 30 or 20% left lol

I hear ya, that's pretty normal.
I'm always on mine, pulling data all day, push email plus 2 other accounts, 50-60 msm a day plus internet radio or s2p radio almost the whole day---I usually charge around 2:00 - 3:00....I'm used to it...really not much different than my TP1....honestly, I would say the difference is within minutes between roms----just give it a few charges.

don't forget....cell tower poling, cell strength, weather you have 1x or 3G, how much data you're pulling and if you have programs like "luminos" or "in-call-phone tweak" all play into batt length
