If you're running co0kie home editor, try deleting the manilafull.xml(if i can recall) from your package

I haven't ran this mod in a couple of weeks, but i can recall this much, but this should do it

Every manila dump I have tried so far breaks igo8 text to speach ( my gps software of choice ) speach stops working with everything other than 2.5.2012.1225


Do you have a place I can download the manila package your talking about?

Is there an un fudged manila dump, I would like to figure out what is killing the igo8 text to speach engine, theres alot of guys crying about it in the gps forums, it works with the stock 6.5 rom, so somethings getting fudged.

PS: Zone23 I tried your may 3 21903 rom last night and thought it was great, how were you able to get the weather wallpaper to be that blue background istead of the black stock manila?

Is it the manilafull in the main cookie EXT and not the editor because I didn't see one in the editor EXT. Thanks.

Its in Co0kie's Home Tab EXT. You don't want to build with it.

Im just happy i built a better ROM today than i have in the past 6 months. I had a bunch of breakthrough discoveries, that are being polished now, so im feeling pretty great about that, hence the extra helpfulness today, ill be brain drained by tonight probably. Then maybe take a break for a week and test in the 'real world'

I never. ever. use the HTC messaging client. It's slow, clonky, gets in the way and breaks functionality with messaging type things.

What do you use in place of it? I noticed the HTC msg client is just rediculous in terms of cpu usage.. Well, I don't know that for a fact.. it just seems like its the CPU thats suffering and making text input stutter and/or halt.

yup i noticed the slowness of the cpu when trying to do things with it

If you do leave it out completely you should still have the text messaging window from Microsoft
- and it's now skinnable at a thread in XDA

Can someone point me n the right direction. In the last two roms i made, 21655 and 23569, the volume icon is the winmo default one despite having custom icons selected to cook in. Has a resource changed in the last few builds? It might be just me...

Also when i build with any dialer except the PhoneCanvas 3.40.1920.2715 i cant get the bluetooth icon to show despite having the TaskBar Icon Mgr 2.13.0.0 package selected. Any ideas?

no one has the EXT for the new office are you guys going to make me take a crack at it? Hardest parts probably getting the cab..
