Thanks!
I build with Windows XP here at work with nothing extra. I seem to always the the SVN thing but it builds fine.

no, they don't play. I found one of the wav files in OEM/Power Settings, but it's inside the DLL.

I used the Sprint dialer from the recent dump. I thought that was the culprit. I took it out, but still have the DLL WAVs. I'll keep searching, but I'm sure I can live with this. It's not like I have a public ROM. Everybody would hate my icons. LOL

Re: [Kitchen] WVGA Touch Pro 2 Collaboration

Here's a pretty complete build of 23569. A few comments:

OEMXIP - I removed hd & osaxst0. You may also want to remove mencfilt; I normally do.

MSXIP - like usual, just copy this from another build.

SYS - I left everything in here.
-- You'll almost certainly want to delete / disable MSIMAR, Bth_Watch, IRDA, MSTag, VoIP, VoIPOS, ADC and Autoupdate.
-- You'll want to delete / disable FWUpdate, SQM, Dummy FWUPDATE and Dummy SQM. Use the dummy packages in OEM like usual.
-- Delete / disable AdobeFlash and AdobeFlashCodecs. Use the package in OEM like usual.
-- Choose either the Files or Modules package for the following 3: BaseApps, MediaOS and OS.

I keep going back to 23563 after playing upto 23568 and 23x line. Seems to be the fastest and most reliable. Maybe its because I'm on Verizon, don't know.

I'm going to start learning the little things, like folder/programs icon structure and automatic setup using the XDA tweaks for email templates etc..

I do have a problem with MMS on any build, I always get "message expired" and can't send or receive them. I used to get it working the adding the MDN string to the end of the server settings, but that doesn't even work now.

I've tried every combination of the HTC & Manila clients, either one or both at the same time. I Always cook in the Arcsoft MMS 5.2.12.45 and Tom Text messaging tool. Must be a Verizon issue - not that much in this thread about MMS problems.

Verizon users - ideas on where to start or what makes yours tick?

Thanks
Kevin

What does Tom text messaging tool do exactly? revert to 2.1 style htc messaging?

I would try without any htc messaging options and without Tom's text tool

thats funny, i have a fall back thing to 23542.

simply because its stable and has that bouncy pull down and pop up Start Menu kinetics. Wish i knew where i could extract those movement rules from

I have an idea they are in the CPL files but i have a couple of 'special' CPLs that give me full screen kinetic scroll, just not the bouncy effect. and 23542 has the bouncy effect but not the full screen kinetic scroll
