Progress on the remaking of the ROM kitchen is going well. I have already beaten out two bugs that were present in the last ROM:

*Sound goes away when soft-resetting with with headphones on - FIXED
*SMS does not show original sent time-stamp, but the time it is received on the phone - FIXED

1. Nice, that one was messing with me when I had my phone hooked up to a dock at the cottage last weekend. Took me like 20 minutes to figure out what was going on.

2. I run a gsm sim card and the cdma line in my phone and switch back and forth. when I would switch to the gsm line it always showed the date stamp from the network for texts that I had missed. But when I switched to the cdma line it would show the current time that the text came in, not the network time that the text was received. I thought this was an issue with the way the network standards stored info. Very cool that you were able to fix it.

So, the kitchen is done and better than before, in terms of organization. Now, I'll be testing for bugs as I get time. Then, a RC will be released for brief period of time before a final release. Someone had asked whether I'll do 6.5.x again. Right now, I've lost the motivation for fixing all the bugs that come along with the unsupported packages. At this point, the answer is no to that.

Haven't heard anything for a couple weeks lead, are you getting close to a beta? I am thinking of flashing back to 3-5 RC, to see if TV-out coreplayer divx playback is better.

So lead any updates from the march roms? I'm still having those charging issues. I tried different roms and its still not charging only on the stock rom and still that screen pops up but it charges. Thanks.
