Newest Bing made into an EXT?

This is the newest Bing.cab update that is installed when I sign into Bing.

Also, Can anyone explain to me how to use Package Creator 5.4 or perhaps a link to a tut? I use 2.7 all the time, but as with this Bing1.cab I've posted I get an error message when trying to use it.

Or is this one of those that also has to be done manually regardless of whether or not I was using Package Creator 5.4 or 2.7?
