Edit: Oh what the hell. Here we go again!! FLASHIN TIME!!!!
Edit2: I can confirm it is not completely fixed. The first picture still is disoriented before the pictures start to show correctly. Just like the hotfix did. So if you are on a previous build but have installed the hotfix then you do not need to flash to the 4-10 thinking that the album bug is completely fixed. The hotfix will work just the same.

Guy, you are not understanding that the rotation you see on the first picture is not a bug with my rom and it exists on every single rom using Windows Mobile 6.5 and the new Album with Facebook. This is apparantly the way HTC desgined it (even though it looks weird). The resolution I implemented was I changed back the registry entry HKLM\Software\HTC\HTCAlbum "ok_minimize" to dword:00000001 so that after the first picture opens it will not show the roation anymore thereafter. Once again, this is the EXACT behavior as seen on the stock rom, as well as every other rom out there (Thanks again Chino!) Just to reassure everyone also there were no other changes made to Album other than this one registry entry so that when you closed Album, it would not run in the background (which is apparantly what HTC wanted it to do otherwise that entry wouldnt be there)
Just to re-reclarify, this is normal behavior. You WILL see the the roation
only in ladnscape with the keyboard out and only when opening the first picture when HTCAlbum.exe is not running. Yes, that means when you close album, and open a new picture again in landscape with the keyboard opened (assuming HTCAlbum.exe is not running yet) it will show the rotation again on the very first picture you open.
*This will be my last comment regarding this issue unless someone finds a version of Album which does not show this issue (the version of Album must have Facebook features within it) or fixes the issue themselves. Hec, I'll even throw in a 20-spot to the lucky person who finds it...lol Until then, I hope this will end the album rotation madness.
