I appreciate the response, but it's not exactly what I was looking for.

I don't see an "all settings" after the 6.5 update - which is why I posted the question. Start-Settings gives me the following list: Personalize, Wireless, Sound & Display, Data Searvices, Location, Security, Application, SD Card, Date/Time, Locale, Updates, Other, and About.

Now I have gone through the Sound & Display- and maybe the settings screen from 6.1 that I am used to is gone.

Thanks anyway, I'm sure I'll eventually find it or figure something else out.

the All Settings is your left softkey (in the bottom left corner)

To get to all settings, to to the settings tab, click on menu in the bottom right corner and you'll see all settings

Found it, thanks - on the new Sprint 6.5 it's actually under the Menu soft key on the right. It's the only entry, which begs the question why not put it at the top level instead of one underneath.

Anyway, much thanks for your patience in lieu of a snotty response!!

Has anyone noticed any bugs with HTC Album? I cannot seem to browse my photos through the application with out it randomly closing on me. Cannot set any wallpapers using it either. Keep getting a send error report. Any ideas?

Ok. Help?
 

I seem to be having some trouble upgrading. From the htc website, when clicking on the download, should it be saving to the pc or the device? It doesnt seem right. What am I doing wrong?

if I extract the .exe and take out the ruu_signed file will I be able to flash this from my sd card?

Just flashed mine (official download has been churning for 2 hours, so thanks for the mirrors!)

Like it so far - zippy, good colors.

Only disappointment is RAM usage after flash and hard reset:

Storage Memory
213.97
52.58
161.39 free

Program Memory
183.18
105.64
77.54 free

and the 77.54 is without Opera running (they apparently aren't doing the Opera pre-load). After starting Opera, free RAM goes down to 50. Ugghhh....

Hi,

Save .exe to PC. Connect phone to PC using ASynch / Mobile Dev Ctr. Run the .exe.

Mine's booting up for the first time now...I'm kinda tired of the arcsoft/messaging stuff in everyone elses roms just to get mms to work...so that was my motive...guess I'll see how I like everything else after that...nice to have an official release of sense 2.5 for a CDMA phone though.

no, it does not. the cmonex/olipro hspl has overwrite protection to prevent that.

Did anyone else get a "sim card detected, your device will now switch to global mode" message at first boot? I have the stock Sprint SIM in there, and I don't think I unlocked it...I only remember doing the hardspl (did that unlock it?) to allow me to run non-stock roms in the first place.

I got this, but I also got it after doing a hard reset with my original stock 6.1 Sprint ROM. Figured it's normal behavior for Sprint's ROMs if a SIM card is there.

Yes, mine does that too. It would do that on some custom ROMs too.

Just hit OK - no problems. It's normnal.

has anyone had any problems syncing email? I try to sync my live account, it says sync complete but then the account doesnt show. If I try again it just opens up opera and goes to a live sign in page. Gmail synced just fine

After a soft reset I have 92.23 mb free ram with sense ui enabled.

I just got mine to turn on again- So far the albums look fine to me with 99 pictures in it.

Did you try to flash dance?

When all else fails, I soft reset or in extreme cases, hard reset.

yup yup, just change the name to rhodimg.nbh and put it on ur sd card then flash by starting up the phone holding the power and volume down

Try using something other than firefox, opera or Google Chrome...that was my problem and I ended up going to IE...worked fine there....guess it doesn't like those other browsers...

Question for anyone that can help...Just flashed early this morning and loving the updated UI....but for some reason I can't get the vibrate while dialing to go away....went to the setting for HTC Sense vibrating and turned it off, but I still get the vibrating tatical feedback when I dial a number...It's not a huge problem but I would love to get it to go away....Any help would be appreciated.
