Hey Formula, I just flashed onto the latest 23542. I don't find the carrier provisioning. where is it?

Looks like the provisioning.lnk did not make it to the \windows\startup folder. it can be found in the root of windows folder. Just use resco explorer and manually launch it.

thanks for the quick response. but it won't work. i do exactly what you say, there's 2 provisioning files, either of them will open provision, but when i select telus, nothing happens. any thoughts?

edit: when i go in with file explorer, i see the first file is .exe, the second is .lnk. but still, it won't do anything.

Sorry this is a pain in the as$ but go to windows and there will be carrier1 thru carrier5.cab in the windows directory carrier2 =sprint, carrier3= verizon, carrier 4= us cellular, carrier5 = Telus ... again sorry everyone will be fixed soon for now just launch your carrier cab from windows.

Must of hit it during a back-up or something. I'm getting 800+ now.

Just Retied to download files again All carriers rom was at 20 mins, now at over 1 hr, and Sprint rom now at 31mins
