thanks for the quick response. but it won't work. i do exactly what you say, there's 2 provisioning files, either of them will open provision, but when i select telus, nothing happens. any thoughts?
edit: when i go in with file explorer, i see the first file is .exe, the second is .lnk. but still, it won't do anything.
