Loving the new look Jstine. Although I am a huge fan of the wolf the other one was a bit much. Had a problem with Windows Live but worked around it by re-installing off Marketplace. No bitches right now, just enjoying your speed and stability =]

nice..gonna give it a run..how has your battery life been with the 23xx rom's...heavy, heavy use and lots of emails...cant wait to load it..thanks

Your MPG will vary depending what you do and how you do it. LOL

The battery life is good, no worst than anything else.

New boot screen for anyone wants it.

How come nobody told me that I typed Sprints and not Spirits.

Right click image and select save as to you desktop. The copy to your \windows directory with total commander with the file name of welcomehead.192.png.

Just flashed v4.4. Flash went without issue as always. Phone, sms, and mms worked after provisioning. I noticed that the vzw provisioning still doesn't set up the favorites button the the keyboard. (not a big issue, I just run the cab but I thought I'd let you now in case you tried to incorporate it) The "settings" icon in the menu takes you to the Manilla settings tab vice directly to the MS settings. The issue regarding white text on white background is resolved (weather city editor). My task bar still has the older signal strength icons (again not a big deal, just reporting). I like the new "dusk" touches. The clock is nice (no more overlapping flip issues). It's probably just my old eyes but I could see a potential of visability issues with the light blue highlights on the taskbar icons (not complaining,... well maybe about the old eyes...). overall (based on 10 minutes) the rom looks great, is still quick and well worth the update.

BTW, IE is still the default browser (again, not sure if you tried to modify, I thought I read you did in the release notes but can't find it now!)

Edit2: Software ID shows Timberwolf V4.2

Wow, I just checked! All I can say is "old eyes, old eyes..."

So if we're paying attention is this 6.5.3 or 6.5.5?

Yes, still having problems finding where to set Opera 10 as the default on the tab.

It's 6.5.5, changed the animated screen after I posted the new roms. Will be in the next update.
