Edit: Not sure if this is what you intended but the default browser on the browser tab is Internet Explorer.
Update: I do have the new BT icon on the taskbar.

Suntopper, would please post a screenshot of the home screen. I did not edited the icons for vzw. Do you have the 5 bar icons? I forgot about vzw signal icons might be 5 bar, not 7. I like the 5 bar better, easier on my old eyes to see.

No problem but I don't have a screencap program installed. Any recommendations from the gallery! (Thanks to Dahoov but I found CapSure on XDA)

BTW, it's a 5 bar icon. I'll post the cap when I get a program installed (assuming I can figure it out ). Thank goodness for computer savy kids!

Its free and works very well....that is if you are running Winderz.

Nothing that I know of for Linux or Mac.

Very good program and FREE! Also you can control your phone from your desktop. Just click on the image (button or icon) the same way you would with your finger using the phone.

Suntopper, are you good with the 5 bar icons? Or would you like to see something cleaner like the 7 bar icons. Also, what do you think of the new softkey buttons. Better than the chrome, or just good to see something new?

See that you use Tellme, any thoughts on the program. I found it to be very slow and not worth the time to learn.

I'm ok with the 5 bar but I do like the 7 bar better. I'm still undecided on the softkey buttons. I kind of like the chrome but then again the new ones are more conservative. But then, it's you that really matters! I still like the original mustang home icon.

Regarding tellme, it's nice to have when I need to "speak" a text message (probably why I have it as a shortcut on the home page). It also is kind of cool to just speak a topic and have it search the internet for me. Overall, I don't use it a lot. And nothing is slow on your ROM

Howdy Timberwolf,
I'm a big fan of your ROM...4.1 works for me so perfect there was no reason to upgrade to 4.2 except Opera 10 full release and I'm a "just have to have the latest" junkie. I've flashed 4.2 with Sprint Nav/TV. Here are a couple of changes I noticed, The bluetooth icon in the taskbar is not blue? I liked that on 4.1 (small deal really but it looked better for me being blue). Also on the taskbar was the new CDMA icon/status. Probably me but I like the previous icon/status on 4/1 the way it was. It's still cool, the new one, but I prefer the icon on 4.1 Also and I'm not sure why but the Sprint Nav on all your ROM's for me have had a generic white folder. I reinstall Sprint Nav from a cab and the correct Icon is back. As I use SPB Mobile Shell 3.5.3 for most my work I cannot remember the if the homepage Internet Icon opened Opera on 4.1 and now it opens Internet Explorer? (my choice of browser is Skyfire..yikes!) By the way I switch back and forth from SPB Mobile shell to the homepage with E.Waqad Switcher so I get the best of both worlds. Maybe that's just me not remembering that it always opened IE...I do have a mild case of CRS. As usual what a great effort by you. I've tried em all (ROM's that is) and Timberwolf has so many features/non-problems, maximum memory etc that I may have ended my flashing addiction! Or maybe not...

Not CRS, you are correct that IE6 was not the default. I tried for over an hour to set the new Opera 10 to open from the tab. No luck, did not want to delay release of the rom any longer.

To change back to the blue BT icon and old color CDMA icons. Just copy the attached files with Total Commander to your phones windows directory and soft reset. (Correction, had to rar the cdma file. Could not upload the dll file)

Can you post the Sprint Nav cab. I understand how to make it into an ext file and install on the rom. But don't know how to create shortcuts within the kitchen. Many many things to learn

ty for lettin me know. cant wait for the 28xxxx series. cause i ran v4 since it came out. i did try v 4.1. but went back to v4. using v 4.2 now and gota say awsome job. got no lag no freezes. been runnin great. keep up the great work. luv ur wolf theme. and great work on saving cats and dogs. i have to dogs i saved. so i know the feeling of wanting to help them,

The rotation worked in Max 2.9, but not with 3.0. For me, rotation was not needed since most of time I use landscape I can not see the background. The program that I am using fills the screen.
