I had the same errors trying to flash the 2.32.00WU radio after unlocking the sim.
What worked for me is to flash (downgrade) to the 1.96.00WU radio first, then update to 2.32.00WU...

Ok I have DONE everything! On my USCC touch pro 2 cant get any version to work just goes into boot loader. Yes I have done the HARD SPL unlock

the sim unlock is different from the hspl, you must purchase the sim unlock or get stuck in bootloader.

Why would I need to purchase a sim unlock??? Uscellular does not LOCK the sim part of the phone. Same goes for the blackberry tour cause I had a tour and just poped my sim right in and it worked. I can go to sim manager and it says UNLOCKED

well sir, if you don't have the unlock code from uscc, you will get stuck in bootloader trying to flash these radios as pointed out in the 1st post. if you get stuck in bootloader, you are not sim unlocked sir .

I work for uscc. the only thing that is usually locked is the SPC codes. I have access to that. But usually the sim is unlocked. But I just bought the unlocker so maybe it might work

Now I feel stupid lol. it works. well it detects att and tombile but when I choose one it locks up and just says registering on the network after waiting 5min it says it fails to register

what sim are you using? and what radio did you flash? just putting this out there, but the sim unlock is 4 steps...after sim unlocking, you must flash one of the special radios 1.96.00wu, 1.96.10wu, 2.23.00wu, or the best one 2.32.00wu. do NOT use the 2.05!
