tmobile and a ATT sim. my phone would not even detect the ATT one

I just got my phone up and running on the 2.32.00WU radio on my Sprint Touch Pro 2, plus I am sim unlocked. It looks like I am only able to get an EDGE data connection. Any idea why 3G/UMTS/HSDPA doesn't work? Anyone have it working?

that's all you're going to get in gsm mode is edge, no way around it.

Forgot to mention it is an AT&T (US) sim I am using... our hardware does support the AT&T 3G frequency right? So is it a limitation of the radio installed on the phone or something else with the hardware?

I read that it can do 3g outside of north america, but some folks say they were still getting edge in other countries...I will do some digging..

Thanks for the heads up... strangely enough it does occasionally switch from the E icon to G icon... I haven't had a chance to do a speed test when it switches to G yet tho.
