Thanks for the reply Vin. Those screen shots do not appear to be the transparent ones you had posted earlier. Maybe you have never incorporated the transparent ones in a ROM yet? . . ?

I'm on August 7 Pluto right now, and it works VERY well other than the Twitter tab not allowing me to scroll to the top after a new download, AND I've never seen this mentioned by anyone before, but my slider icons keep rearranging themselves. I can go in, set them to the order I want them to be, and after sense starts they are in order. A day or so later, they are totally out of order again. I know, I know, you guys are thinking I've lost it. . .

Can't believe how off topic I'm taking this...but real HID's are supposed to use LESS power than halogens. For instance the HID's on my car only draw 35 watts per side, vs the stock Halogens 55/65 watts.

I don't believe they are very efficient during the 10-15 min warm-up stage. From my understanding, they draw hard during this time.

edit: I think hot starts are the worst for ignition, actually.

Just saw this...30kV on hot re-strike. So, that's a hefty draw...

Don't confuse volts with power. The spark that jumps from the doorknob to your finger when you scrape your feet on the carpet can be several kV, but without any current behind it there's virtually no power.

Anyway, I have read that some systems may use startup currents as high as 30 amps. Most well designed HID systems tend to require 6.5 amps (about 90watts) or less startup current, which rapidly ramps down to 3 amps or less. I guess since most stock headlights draw less than 5 amps, you may temporally exceed the wiring specs by a little. I guess it's best to read the data on whatever system you are installing.

So, for all of you installing HIDs on your TP2, be sure to use the right wiring and don't buy a cheap set otherwise your battery life will suffer! (There, back on topic!)

Alrighty then... LOL

VIN... Just wanted to say that I'm MORE than impressed with the 8/20 Pluto CHT... Have only been on it 1 day but even with my 1300+ Contacts (each have numerous numbers and info as well) I have had to deal with buggy use... even on non-bleeding-edge ROMs.

Not a problem with yours! Brilliant jobs with all your ROMs but this one is really sweet.

For the record I also have FB, Twitter, and an Exchange Account humming along on this thing.

Was seriously considering going to the Galaxy S (EPIC) when it comes out at the end of the month.... but I think I'll stick with Vindows for a bit longer and see how the EPIC my business partner gets works out and look forward to that WM7, Xenonium Build on the TP3! LOL.

Just made a donation. May appear as The Van Gundy Group (or Eagle Merchandising).

Cheers!

BJ

I really dont like microsoft outlook but now i will like it over PIM for backing up contacts.
I use pim backup and all my facebook contacts relink just fine? when I restore with pim, I just go to 1 contact, scroll to updates and event, log into FB, and it automatically links back everyone I had linked before just by relinking the 1.

I hate outlook too so I figured I'd spare you the trouble
