It's one of the quicklink options in Cookie version.

TTS on igo8 stopped working for me on latest pluto no co0kie. Anybody else have TTS working?

When I run mobile shell on this rom, my shortcuts lose their icons. Anyone know of how to fix that?

I tried <Menu><CoOkies Home Tab Editor><Quicklink Settings> Couldnt find it there. Tried adding a quicklink and couldn't figure out which program it might be. Rummaged around a bit more but can't seem to find it.

Any additional description on how to get to where you enable this option?

No CHT Editor needed...
Find a Empty Icon --> Click it --> "Add Quick Link" Window will pop open --> Select "Toggle Switch" --> Select the "Bluetooth" icon.
