gsm sense much more friendly for cooking.

Gary,

the PRL is upgraded 2 ways, manually via a PRL update apps on the phone or pushed through your carrier directly
PRL is written and controlled by the carriers themselves not by individuals or the chefs

you can control what version of PRL you use though by following the directions given earlier to better control your phone signal/tower lock and battery life

its a mistery...
I downgraded manually PRL to 60652,flashed my ROM,went to epst and PRL remains the same 60652.

The fun part-Im using verizon radio lol

not exaactly a mystery. it came with the new sprint release rom since it has a new radio. prl does not change unless u flash a new radio or update through update prl option in the phone settings. to change it, you would need to manually do it like what i posted previously

I figured it out. MMS was set for manual download. Maybe Neodium is set for automatic? I don't remember needing to make that change before.

Thanks for the walkthru twe90, I got it downgraded to the one you recommended. Does it matter that I updated it from the storage card, or did it need to be off the main memory?

go check epst and see if the prl is the one that you upgraded.
as long as the epst is showing the correct one, it should not matter where u upgraded from

I downgraded from storage card and my profile is shown to be the earlier one now so I don't think it matters but I stand to be corrected if wrong.
