Whatever they did with 60662.prl,Im happy now with 60652.
My GSM part of the phone is back to normal  Installed 2 ninja_duck disablers and 1 CMH_Battery_saver.cab (with my phone disabler) and power meter dropped to 45mA !!! Of course its on soft reset,with BT off and dimmed backlight on sprint 6.5.X with gsm sense 2.5

vin - I just dopwnlaoded your latest Plut v1... so should I wait for you to fix the prl down to 60652 and reupload ?

Your downgrade pRL instructions that you found worked like a charm and not I am back to 60659 running Vin's Sprint Plutoni8um with no TV/Nav tabs - thanks a lot. Gary

How does the PRL change then - I flashed back to 6.1 stock and then loaded latest Plutonium and god 60662 PRL. I also flashed latest radio so maybe that is it. Just curious and thanks.

I just flashed to the latest "V1+Cookie_NO_TV&NavTabs" this morning and I'm not getting pictures via MMS. I get the message but not the picture. Is anyone else having this issue? Should I go back to Neodium?

prl cannot be build into the rom. it has nothing to do with the rom. its a internal phone setting. kind of like editing a bios on the computer.
also i posted everything you should know on changing prl. if you guys take a second to read my post you will know the exact info. i spent a lot of time getting info and posting it here. also for those that did change prl, please post your results. battery that is
