I too can vouch for the performance. With the BG4All and Co0kie Home Tab + Editors installed, I saw no noticeable slow down except for a slight lag when the animations are running.

I read somewhere about a complaint that says Co0kie Home Tab slows things down when you fill the majority of the home tab shortcuts on the three pages of links. Apparently the slow down is pretty minimal and occurs upon the initial caching of the icons, but I can't attest to that. I only have the first page of links filled and it's still very snappy.

ha ha. Everything running smooth here. I had some minor issues after removing maxmanila so I reflashed. Since then everything is running perfectly.

everything seems to be working just dandy here. Did you ever get around to cooking up the rom without sense/manila?

I have been having one issue, but not a major one. Sometimes pressing the volume keys causes the phone to become unresponsive. Also, one time the fullscreen volume screen didn't appear at all; the little volume baloon with the two volume sliders appeared. Apparently the skinned volume service had completely stopped working. A reboot fixes the issue though, but I still get the issue with the unresponsive phone every now and then. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I don't know what could be causing it...

fyi, I'm getting another friend onto your rom. They thought their 6.5 Rom was 'fast' and then we did a couple of little mini competitions. He is now loading up your rom. Nice work!!! The proof is in the pudding.

Tried your ROM. Ram usage is awesome! Don't mind 6.1 in the background. I would stick with this ROM if 2 things were fixed/changed:
1. Dialer letters are very hard to read. I tried another dialer but it kicked uo the ram usage.

2. Opera Mobile defaults to mobile versions of web pages no matter what settings are. this is a real deal breaker.

Looking forward to continued improvements & I will check back to see what's the latest!

Best,
LBJ
