Anyone able to comment on battery life with this rom? This sounds like just what I've been looking for but I wanna make sure the battery life is good before I take the plunge.

Any ETAs on the 6.5 version? I've been using Mighty's roms and I'm kinda used to 6.5 now. Not that it really has any advantage over 6.1, I just like having a background picture for the programs menu.

Anyone know how to get the update profile/prl options to work in this rom? I cant get any data & tapping the icons does nothing. I have tried installing a separate iota cab & the sprint profile & prl cab, still nothing.

Working on installable Manila 2.5 right now. 6.5 may come in a week.

I hate being a perfectionist because it delays a lot of things. :(

Since people are asking for it, what would be the big differences between 6.1 and 6.5, I am using Freeza's rom with touchone on top and this is best setup for me so far.

I just confirmed your issue. However, my Sprint plan doesn't include Sprint TV. So I have no idea how I would test any fixes...as i'm not sure if the unauthorized user error would go away for me. :-\\

BUT I will continue working to resolve it.

Glad you got it fixed :). Was it a misconfigured setting in the ROM? If so I will definitely address it in the next BETA as well as update the second post with it as an issue. Thanks for the comments!

hi, this was exactly what I was looking for, thank you!

the only problem I have with the basic rom is that I have my gmail account settings to check for email 'manually', but it is checking automatically every 10 mins or so.

any ideas on how to fix this, or what may be causing it?

Have you tried editing the account and changing settings manually? I have my gmail set up the same way and when setting up the account, I had to go into advanced settings and have it set to manual instead of automatic, but it has been working as expected.

I'm not sure what it was, I installed your FI cabs, soft reset and it worked :) I think it was probably the ezinput that fixed it though.

Is there a .cab for some form of weather on the today screen?

Or really just a depository of programs/things that can be added to the today screen?

Also, how would I go about getting back the end key to lock the device?

In the folder OEMCAB the only thing that can be added to the today screen is Sense/Manila 2.1. However, you can enable standard today screen items as well as download a load of other today screen programs such as SPB Mobile Shell, Point UI, etc.

You know, I was actually thinking about this the other day, in regards to email/text message panning. I got used to swiping left and right to view messages and it sort of became an after thought. But i'm definitely going to look into it. It should be a simple registry edit. Just have to find it.

There is a pagepool changer included with the ROM. However, you've got to reflash after changing it.

As far as Manila 2.1 without Sense goes, I could CAB it up, I just figured no one would be interested in Standard 2.1 anymore, but it's definitely doable.

The most popular UIs that replace the today screen are Point UI, SPB Mobile Shell, TF3D/Manila/SenseUI. I've lost track of popular today screen plugins, though. :(

What format are your ringtones in? MP3 ringtones work for me....stored on my Storage Card. If you want to attach one here or send me one via email I will see if i can reproduce the error.

If you're trying to assign a ringtone via Start>Settings>Sounds & Notifications[control panel applet]>Notifications[tab]>Event: Phone: Incoming Call, then the only ringtones that should show up are the ones on your storage card, as none are included with the ROM. However, I will try and research and reproduce this error you're having. :)

No, I think you've solved it... I dont have any ringtones on my card.... I go to notifications, and wanted to see what it would sound like if the phone rang, set email notification sound, etc. and found there are 4 ringtones listed to choose from, but all result in 'corrupt' message when selected/tested to ring.
