Personally I can't stand 4-Row, but no reason why you can't add it via .cab.

Mal, this is a killer ROM. Only issue thus far was having to soft reset to get my Sashimi Exchange email provisioning to kick in. Speed is incredible and email scroll lag is gone. Excellent work!

Ok, i just got in installed and so far I like it. I can't seem to get groovefish to work, it gets stuck on requesting stream. Is there a way to turn off the blinking charge icon by any chance?

Groovefish: some songs just won't work, for whatever reason. Make sure you try a few. I just tried it and it works.

So any idea how to get the background image for the windows functions (start menu, lock screen, etc) to stretch to the full screen as opposed to being in tile format? Loving 1.1 otherwise =)

Glad you like it. No, outside of using a larger format image (try something 480x800 or bigger), it seems to tile not stretch the image. It's a WM thing though.

no, everyone is b/c it's not there, lol.

Manila Start and WM Start (hit the Win Flag) seem to be enough. Program Tab seems redundant.

i try, i have 2 tp2's and this rom stays on one plus my girls got one flashed. i sd flash so keep 3 roms to flash on the go.

Do you have a ROM folder on your sd card as well. :idea1: I do the same, I have a few that I like as my go to ROM's when things start annoying me.

yeah that's from the T-Mobile HD2 (USA). You can tell HTC is making things more uniform. QuickGPS graphically was very different but now they are aligning all their apps.

for some reason Volume keys doesnt work right.. system volume always goes to 40% and it doesnt control it back up..

it looks great, just doesnt work right yet.

Mal, are the volume change key graphics supposed to be different with this update? Mine still look the same as in 1.0. Also, I take it the action shortcuts replaced your internet link that you used to have on the front page (which I liked quite a bit =)). Anyway to change it back to that?

hmmm...works for me, otherwise I wouldn't have stuck it in there ;-) Not sure what to tell you outside of make sure you have the settings right, maybe soft restart, and double check.

i know you wouldnt have added to the rom if it didnt work right.... but i tried a few things... didnt really change the settings and i cant get it to go pass 40%.. it will go lower but not to 100

i didnt see that op put one in but the cab i posted works fine, load to main mem and softreset, your done.

A couple quick questions:

Since this is a "sprint" rom is mr x's provisioning cab necessary?

Is the Sprint keyboard fix cab necessary?

edit: the speed of Opera 10 in this rom is ridiculous. maybe its just because i was using 9.? for a while but its fast!

no and no... atleast i haven't needed them. prl, profile and firmware updates are in the setting/system folder, ## settings work, and the keyboard is mapped right as well. flash and you're good to go

No Sprint TV out the gate but it works with Mr X's Sprint cab.

Small Update

Version 1.1a
- Tweaked cache (now much faster)
- Tweaked Touch sensitivity
- Fixed "Device Information" (Thanks MightyMike)

Note a huge update, but I just wanted to fix those little things. The ROM is even more responsive now (I swear), so up to you if you should upgrade, but it is not critical.

Mal, great work! Only issue I have is with the volume setting as well. Same problem as Mayonesa. Not having paid attention, I included the separate cab in my Sashimi provisioning. Tried uninstalling - would not uninstall fully. Trying a reset now. If worse comes to worse, I'll try reflashing in the morning. Is is necessary to set set it to 5 increments to match the stock HTC/WinMo control?
