Here is my unreasonable request for the day...

MAL... I actually use the FPSCE PS1 emulator. And for some reason unknown to Jebus himself, It doesnt work on this 6.5.3 ROM. I doesnt work on MOST 6.5.x Roms, but it does work on some. I have absolutely no idea how to fix it, or make it awesome or what... But I want it badly.

Sigh. Just throwing it out there...

Another stupid question from a stupid Noob: Would we want to install the Sprint Tweaks cab or is all of that customized and built in? I haven't been installing it but have been wondering.

Oh, and also, in the settings system menu there is an icon that looks kinda like a marble and is titled "htcAddicts cle..." I assume it has something to do with the htc Addicts Ram cleaner, but it does nothing when I click on it. It's completely non-responsive. I'm using the latest 6.6.3 w/2.1

Just Click on the other HTCaddicts icon and setup up how you want it to clean and then that "non-responsive" icon will disappear.

Yes, just install the Sprint carrier cab and the Sprint prl and profile cab. i dont have them handy at the moment.

Thanks much. I thought that was built into the ROM, but guess not. I'll install it after Malatesta posts his new release.

The cab I was referring to was the one posted in the main forum called, "sprint_tp2_tweaks". Should I install this one as well? I haven't been because I assumed Malatesta had all ofthese tweaks builtin to the ROM, but never was sure.

I did just that and nothing with that unresponsive icon changed. I really don't care if it's there or not, but was wondering just what it was supposed to do. I can't really tell because the name of the icon is truncated. But, no biggie. Just curious more than anything. It may just right itself in Malatesta's new release.

Mr. Malatesta,

One more question. Are you gonna release 6.5.3 w/Manila 2.5? Also have you tested this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=551489 (Manila Max 2.5 / 2.8? It really looks cool if it would work. It looks like it's been around awhile as there are a bazillion pages to the thread.

Don't you also need the Mr. X Sprint cab in order for the prl/profile to work, or is that just the Sprint TV to work? It's been so long I don't even recall, I just run the Mr. X cab along with the prl/profile and Sprint TV. Just want to make sure sndtubes has what he needs. And I also wouldn't bother running the Sprint tweaks, if it's the one from GT2L's thread, as Mal puts a bunch of tweaks in here already and I wouldn't want to screw up the ROM, as it runs great as it is.

While this would be great, I hope 6.5.3 with Sense 2.1 would also be an option. I really don't like how laggy the text tab is in Sense 2.5.

Has anyone been able to get the screen to rotate properly without having to slide out the keyboard? Sometimes I like to use the on screen keyboard to type texts but only in landscape mode but when I rotate the phone, the screen doesn't rotate. I've tried to use BSB G-Config and configured manilla to rotate but it doesn't rotate at all. Any know how to do this?

Oh, 6.5.3 / 2.1 is already an option. In fact, I'm using it now and love it! I was just wanting to try something new and different.....even if it crashes and bricks my phone :bom:

Sorry guys for the delay, should have the ROMs done by tomorrow night.

Overhauled more than I anticipated and solved a few tiny bugs along the way, so it was all worth the effort.

I still haven't made much headway with Manila 2.5, though I'll get to it sometime. But Wm6.5 (21888, new build) and WM6.5.3 (28014) fly and Sense 2.1 is much better now.

ok thats cool cant wait for later on. the only problem im having with mines and idk if anybody is having it either maybe its just me but when my phone battery gets low around i say 40 percent my phone starts to act up and loses my contacts and crashes but i just system restore it and use Microsoft MYPhone and im good again!!! :)

I am liking this ROM.
What is the registry key to turn on sound for sliding open the keyboard? I can't find a setting in sounds to turn this on. Does anyone have to xylophone sound?

just wondering, is anyone having an issue with bluetooth headsets, like after talking for random amount of time they other person cannot hardly hear you at all, and the headset has to be turned off and cut back on to resolve the issue. Seems to only happen on this rom, i flashed back to energyrom and the issue hasn't came back, also was on mightyrom for awhile and no issue there either :error:

if i understand the question, top right, 3dots , tap on the 3 dots or a slash looking thing. not positive i know what up a level means.

Hitting the forward slash should do it, I believe it will just take you back to the root, or click on the line just to the left of it, the drop down (/storagecard/programs, etc) and it should show different levels that you've been through.

Thanks. ...tapping the dots takes you up one level. (the slash, I've used that, but when you're deep in the registry, you don't want to go all the way back just to go up one level!)

and im using the 6.5.3 rom 28014 it just did it again sometimes i do it and not charge it and when it gets to 50 or 40 percent my contacts disapper and crashes i love the rom its the best i used so far but it crashes alot on my phone and most of the time i can tell when its about to crash ahead of time. but i still love it and i still use it and im waiting for the update.any change of having tf3d 2.5 along with the rom? just asking

are you on new or old unlocker? do you flash from stock or another custom rom? are you hardresetting after flashing?

I'm on the 6.5.3/Sense 2.1 Rom (Jan 3rd). I've also noticed that when I flip out my keyboard to type a text message and close the keyboard, the screen gets stuck in landscape mode and doesn't change back. I have to press the start button and it will come back to normal.
