quick initial testing done. calls, data, gps, sms working fine. mms not working. it sits there trying to send for a few minutes, then says "unable to send..." agps and kinetic scrolling are also not working. going to do a hard reset now and retest.

if it doesn't work try the mms settings cab provided in the my docs folder

under the settings tab, "Location" will not do anything if I press it and the Activesync option under "Data Services" still doesn't work. So far, so good though.

Hmm yeah, i just noticed the location thing too, must be a bad link. Should be able to get there through the start menu though. Will try and fix that link. Activesync issue is the same bad link, use the active sync in the utilities folder in the start menu, it works fine.

i went to the mms server settings and there was no settings in there for verizon. There was just a sample mmsc server, so i added the verizon mms server settings and mms worked fine after that. i used these settings here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=105531

Hey Dibbson I installed your cab for the MMS for Sprint and it is not working for me.

yeah, i have heard sprint is a royal pain to get working even with 2011. Your regular WM text app will still work though, just put a link to the default WM text app on your home tab, if you don't want to navigate the startmenu. I am going to try and find a way to get sprint working.

well since the server settings were missing, i just typed it in and mms worked after that. Just figured that would be valuable for you to know.
