What's happening for you? It wasn't syncing for me at first after I first set it up in ActiveSync, but it worked after I restarted the device. I've been struggling these past few days where the whole phone locks up after I get everything set up. I'm wondering if it's related to Gmail. I've flashed it 3 times now.

Every now and then, then when I restart, it'll go to the "Tap the screen to set up your Windows phone" screen as if I had just reflashed it. Any ideas?? After many successful flashes, this is the first time I've had an issue. I might have to try again with an older ROM.

Update: tried flash dancing to see if that will help. seems to have helped others with similar symptoms after a flash.

I saw a couple of people on XDA stating that they got a message about "...copy of WinMo 6.5 expires in May 2010..."

I haven't seen this, but was just wondering if this is something I should watch out for, or know about??

Its not much. Nothing new lately . 1.06 is more like a hotfix to 1.05, cleaned up a few things and updated some packages.

A weird problem started today. Whenever I try to go into text messages or any standard windows app, the middle part of HTC sense is still on top. So the top bar will show "Text Messages", but the middle section is covered over with the Sense UI and the bottom menu is still a Sense menu. This occurs in photo slideshows and IE and other apps. Any ideas?

Soft-reset does not fix the problem.

**UPDATE**: well, 4 soft-resets later, it automagically is working again. *shrug*

how do i download the rom for sprint,the link i found was a cab file n im sure how that can be flashed

You probably downloaded the carrier cab for sprint. You have to install that after you flash the rom. The rom download link is at the top of the first post where it says "CLICK HERE FOR ROM".
