I think do that on other devices too.

I just plug mine in to the pc and right click on the phone and on the storage card and hit properties, if its physical memory you're speaking of. If you're talking about the task manager, tap on the clock, then tap and hold on the clock. Start will pop up on the left, then when it disappears you can stop holding and the thing will pop up. You'll see the percentage.

My question is even when I tap the x to close something, if I bring up task manager, it will still be running. Like if I check my mail, then close it. I can bring up the task manager and its still running. How do you close something completely?

Also, I saw someone talking about mapping the top corner of the screen to something else. I mean, where the start menu used to be. How do you do this? Thanks!

Awesome rom - I'm really diggin it!

I have a few questions though:

1) Is it normal for the phone to go into "locked" mode when I place a phone call?
2) There's a log in for facebook in the settings on touchflo (and no separate facebook app) - is facebook somehow built into this touchflo?
3) Is there a better way to get a task manager up to switch between programs than using quickmenu and mapping it to long press send key? I really enjoy using voice command on the long press send key....

Thanks again everyone!

Re: indagroove's Sense 2.5 TouchPro ROM - CE OS 5.2.23506 (Build 23506.5.5.0) [111909

I got a pm earlier from a guy who was asking me about how I created my custom folder icons. I didn't really create them, just changed them. I thought I'd share my explanation with this thread, and maybe it would help those interested in customizing and personalizing their phone.

I got them at iconarchive.com. These are the ones I used http://www.iconarchive.com/category/...onas-rask.html but you can go through there and pick whatever you want to use. You can see next to each icon, it says png then it has different sizes like 48x48px or 256x256px. Just right click on the one 256x256px one and choose save as and save it somewhere in a folder. What I did was I picked out an icon for each folder I made in the start menu. For example for my Internet folder, I picked an icon and saved it as Internet.png into a folder called custom. Indagroove's icons are stored in device\program files\start icons. When I got all of the icons I needed in the custom folder, I dumped it into device\program files\start icons, so the tree was device\program files\start icons\custom. Bear in mind that you can browse the start icons folder because you may find something you want to use. Once your files are there, you need to go into PHM Registry Editor. Navigate to the string HKLM\Security\Shell\StartInfo\Start. Under here, you're going to see quite a few other keys, but you're looking for the ones named after your folders. They should all have + next to them. Don't click on the plus, click on the name of the folder you want to change. At the bottom of registry editor, look for the value named Icon. When you tap on it, under Value data will be the address of the current icon. You want to change it to reflect the new icon. For example, the Games folder icon was \Program Files\Start Icons\Folder Games.png. You want to change it to \Program Files\Start Icons\Custom\Games.png. Then, your icon will be changed!

The new folders you created may not have the icon value when you click on their name in the registry editor. If this is the case, just tap and hold on the icon value of another folder, tap copy, then tap another folder name, say Tools for example. Then tap and hold where you want the icon value to be, and hit paste. Then just tap Icon, change the value data to reflect the icon you want, hit Ok, and you're done! Do this for as many folders as you want to change. Any questions, just pm me and I'll be happy to help.

Task manager is brought up by tapping on the clock, then tapping and holding on it again. Start will appear to the left, then when it goes away, release and the task manager will pop up. Not really easier, but it is what it is.

Oh, thank you! It was the latter that I was asking of. I'm really surprised that it's running at 61% of memory usage when it feels like it's so much quicker and snappier than previous ROM's that I've had running at 40%.

I'm experiencing the same thing as you, the programs stay open.

Re: indagroove's Sense 2.5 TouchPro ROM - CE OS 5.2.23506 (Build 23506.5.5.0) [111909

On an older build of an NRG rom..I believe this was prior to 2.5 you could hold the windows key and it would bring up the task manager, and if you held down the X button it actually closed it while you were still holding it down, if you wanted it out of the way but not closed you just tapped it, the way that the old fasion 6.1 and 6.5 X buttons were supposed to work but never actually did...anyhow the question is does anyone know how to make it work this way??

Thanks - I appreciate that. As for the lock-while-in-call issue, I saw in an earlier post that you can disable this by using CSDevCtrl Setup. I unchecked (in lock triggers) the "lock during call" option and also the "lock fully the device during call" option that appears on the same page but just a little lower. I then soft reset the device, and when I make a call, I still end up with the phone locked. Am I missing something else here?
