Awesome rom - I'm really diggin it!

I have a few questions though:

1) Is it normal for the phone to go into "locked" mode when I place a phone call?
2) There's a log in for facebook in the settings on touchflo (and no separate facebook app) - is facebook somehow built into this touchflo?
3) Is there a better way to get a task manager up to switch between programs than using quickmenu and mapping it to long press send key? I really enjoy using voice command on the long press send key....
