Psyke,

Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your releasing the kitchen. I know your moving to TP2 land, but still the kitchen is your bread and butter so to speak.

There has always been several programs I don't use, and several I do that you don't have. The kitchen is GREAT. I can now remove what I don't need, and tweak a few visuals.

I may even get the courage to start adding my programs in.

Thanks again, Se ya on the TP2 thread in a year, thats usually about how far I am behind the tech curve.

To be honest, I am really disappointed about the final launch from psyki. My buddy sent over his TP2 for me to flash a wm6.5 rom on, and it's a nice phone and all but it really is freaking HUUUGE. The TP is a little short, and a little fat, but it's not as ginormous as the TP2. I definitely think that HTC worked on the poor sliding mechanism in the 2, but overall I mean, same hardware, just bigger screen.

Oooo I'm all aflutter trying this kitchen out....crossing fingers I dont screw myself too bad..lol

Ehh..OK...has anyone changed to the TSowen taskbar in the kitchen? It's not one of his I've seen before. It's half soft curved blue, then the OK and battery meter are in gold..doesnt match at all...is this his newest design?

psyki- amazing rom, thank you for all of your hard work!

I was at 60% battery life last night when I went to bed (around 11 PM) and I woke up this morning around 10 with 60% battery life.
11 hours and no (or very little) battery drain.

Quick question about changing the background though, is anyone else having problems? I've been trying to install a panoramic / change the grey background in the home screen and have had no success. I've been going to settings > today > theme but its not working. Am I missing something?

there's a slight bug in the taskbar, it went missing a few icons when it was ported from gsm to cdma so actually that wifi icon is telling you you are roaming at the moment.

which background are you talking about? the start menu background or the home clock tab? or every other tab in manila, have you installed the panoramic mod yet at all?

So i have to say I was a little harsh in my first few messages. This truly is a great ROM. I've got all the ageye stuff loaded and its memory resident, along with phone log as an exception, and the rom is fast and smooth.

I like the kitchen. I dont use beejive on this particular phone, nor skyfire or iris, so it's nice being able to remove them with a few clicks. Opens up more RAM as needed. Good work...I'll be keeping an eye out for Final release SP1.

The rom is terrific. Is there any way to get Sprint TV to work in this ROM? I have tried installing the cab & it did not work. I then tried installing dcd sprint carrier cab (it worked in a different rom) and that did not work.

Also, do you have a cab for MSVC that you used in this. It plays the name of the caller & I have a TP2 that does not do that. I was wondering if I could install it in that and maybe it could do it on that also.

P.s. I looked in the kitchen and I could not find it.
