so far I have tested them all and honestly I wouldnt know which one I was using if I did not look at the system properties. I am still on 28002 on my active TP but will be switching to 23509 tonight or today, as soon as I solve the rest of my manila issues (opera, contacts)

why 23509? No real reason except that 23506 rocks so much so I figured 23509 would too..

I have not had ringtone issues either. But good news, I got a workaround for the SMS contacts issue that works, and I also have opera 10 working and there are no more internet tab issues (had an "old" version of htcbookmark) The sms contact workaround is just to enter the contacts last name and then move on to compose, it will autocomplete then. This does not work in last nights kitchen or any ROM yet as I just figured it out today. I will be testing this a bit more, decided to go with 23612 for the official release later today/tonight. MMS is still broken, but that is next on the list.

ok i am, starting to get mad cuz i might be dumb still for the life of me i cannt cook my cabs on my phone.ok this is what i did downloaded package creator 2.7 and cab converter i used both but cab converter is easier to me. i extracted the files from cab converter to a folder,then extracted every thing in rz tools to a folder.drag my cabs to the the 1cab2oem folder. a folder came up in my 10_dizz_apps, then draged that folder to rz tools that i extracted. i got the app.dat and app.reg.then i went to rz 2009 11-22.rar and added it to the EXT folder right under 9_registry then mines 10_dizz_apps. run the program and nothing. no soup for me lol what did i do wrong please help

you might not be making the correct skip files.. make empty files called _only_manila and _only_both to include your package in manila and both titanium and manila builds
also when the kitchen is running do you see your package listed in the main window? should be right before
