JD - Thank you for a great ROM. Fast, stable, no kb lag, clean, and no flashing/screaming/flying ego-boosters

(not that there would be anything wrong with that, just not my thing).

That is strange. I have no keyboard lag either. As mgioia2 pointed out, only DCD and this ROM had no lag at least for me. All others had from little to big lag. I use my kb all the time - emails at work and SMS - and I am not experiencing your issue. Did you try it on a clean ROM before you install all other cabs/programs?

On another note - I also experienced the misterious black screen issue mentioned here. I pushed the power button and phone did not come on. Then I opened the keyboard and it was lit which means the phone actually was on but the screen was black no matter what I pressed. Soft reset fixed it and it happened only once to me so far.

About the black screen, this has happened to me on other 23003 roms and i have heard of power issues with this build, i though it was a s2u2 issue, but even without it on this clean rom i still have it happen. What i found though is that it is not completely locked as i have had in the past if you give it some time it will come one at least this has been my experience and it always different sometimes 10 sec sometime 30or more. Only happened 2 times on this rom, but i can confirm.

Makes sense that it is related to the build since it never happened to me before on previous ones and since this one is very clean I suspected it is system related. Hope the next one has a cure to this. It only happened once to me so far and is no big deal.

Hi all I have read through all of the post and I see that I have the SOD (non responsive screen) bug that plagues the newer builds of 6.5 at the moment I am in the process of working on the next build update so I am not on the 070709 ROM so hopefully the next update will solve this issue if it persist

It seems to happen at the oddest times, like I'll take the phone out of my pocket and it will be black. Perhaps the light sensor or G-Sensor drivers are crashing it? I'll try shutting them off and killing the corresponding services and see if there's any change. It's FAST though, can't wait til the update comes out.

I have already killed the light sensor what I think it may be is GWES.exe acting funny

It almost seem that it's one of the CABS that I installed, it's run all night without apparently freezing
