hey guys i im looking for some help here. I have been using energy roms for a while on my touch pro 2 without any issues. But while that is at HTC for repair i got out my touch pro and put todays rom on (23673 Sense2.5.Cookie.DinikGlass.Jul27)from a verizon stock one. When the thing boots up it cant launch touch flow and it warns me that i am low on memory. I have tried changing the page pool but the most i can get my program memory to go up to is 128MB. Is there something i am doing wrong or something i can do to fix this? is there a way i can move memory from storage to program?

Anyone flash the Energy.HERMAN.23673.Sense2.5.Cookie.Jul.27.7z ROM? My flash seems to have gone fine but the phone won't boot past the TouchPro boot screen. Did Task 29 first. Then flashed. Tried a second flash- same thing. Redownloading to see if the file was corrupted.

EDIT: SD Card flash seems to have worked. Not sure why the PC flash didn't.

What are you changing your pagepool to? You should be setting it to 6 or 8MB.

Jasonsf... All went well on my end... Then again when I flash I make sure the PC isnt doing anything at all! I have had issues flashing with windows 7 but xp works like a charm everytime

Wonder if the MaxSense from the TP2 work on the TP? I am willing to try and copy it from my TP2 to my TP and give it a spin... LOL

Sounds like you weren't getting the phone into the bootloader after Task 29 & before flashing (press and hold the volume down button along with the power button, then press the reset with the stylus). Not even sure if that's necessary, but that's how I do it. If you never saw the flash progress indicator on the phone, I guess manually going into bootloader is necessary.

Well, of course the TP2 ROM won't work, and I'd be surprised if you could just copy some files from the TP2 to the TP to get Maxsense running. If it were that easy, you'd expect there to be a cab install option, but don't let me stop you.

Running 23673.Sense2.5.Cookie.GTX here. Seems like an excellent follow up to the 14th version so far. Same stability and speed from that ROM and the GTX misaligned tabs (messages, email etc) have all been fixed.

yo nrg, I noticed that you uploaded maxsense jul27 23673 over at xda, so I downloaded it and attempted to flash it. I have read about this happening before, but I task29 1st and flash. but everytime, it hangs on the splash screen, and then reboots. it just keeps cycling over and over.

i repeated this, and even reflashed the radio thinking that this was the issue. I dunnot what is going on. I reflashed about 3 times and no go. Im gonna try the other july27th 21911 rom and see if there is a difference, or change.

not sure whats going on.

the roms on xda are for GSM version of the TP
